According to the new regulations (1938), the short breeches was made of woolen cloth. Followed the '20s pattern buckled under the diaphragm having lenght just below the knees. The lower part was made of cotton fabric-Cabot, in various shades of khaki and green and fastens with a pair of metal buttons.
Since the declaration of war, was constructed several thousand uniforms of the new model by the two major military factorys, having differences in color (depending on the supplier's, color ranges from dark khaki-green to dark brownish-khaki) and construction details.
